Amazon has released Strands Decider 2B, an open-source decision model fine-tuned from Alibaba's Qwen3.5-2B with roughly 2 billion parameters. It scores predefined options directly to support action decisions in agent workflows. The model is available for free on Hugging Face under an Apache 2.0 license and is part of AWS's experimental Strands Labs agent-development project.
